Trust Badge & Verification Policy

1.Purpose
The IDFlow Secure™ Trust Badge Framework exists to create trust between citizens, businesses, organisations, employers, recruiters, government departments, municipalities and online platforms.
The purpose of the Trust Badge is to indicate the current verification status of a user, business or organisation.
The Trust Badge does not guarantee future behaviour, performance, honesty, financial standing or suitability.
2.Verification Status Levels
Displayed when:
- Identity has been successfully verified.
- Required documentation has been provided.
- Verification requirements have been met.
- No active compliance concerns exist.
Displayed when:
- Registration has commenced.
- Verification requirements are still being completed.
Displayed when:
- Required information is missing.
- Documentation is incomplete.
- Address verification has failed.
- Re-verification is required.
- Supporting documentation has expired.
This status may be restored upon successful completion of verification requirements.
Displayed when:
- Additional verification checks are required.
- Potential inconsistencies have been identified.
- Compliance reviews are underway.
Displayed when:
- Fraud has been confirmed.
- False documentation has been submitted.
- Identity impersonation has been proven.
- Serious trust violations have occurred.
Revoked status may be reinstated following successful review and re-verification.
Displayed when:
- Serious fraud is suspected.
- Security threats are detected.
- Legal orders require restriction.
- Platform abuse is identified.
3.Reinstatement
Accounts may be restored to Verified status if:
- Required documentation is supplied.
- Errors are corrected.
- Compliance requirements are met.
- Verification requirements are successfully completed.

Public trust badges display verification status only. No public badge may display:

7.Modification of Status
IDFlow Secure reserves the right to upgrade, downgrade, suspend or remove status based on available information, security reviews and compliance requirements.
8.Final Authority
IDFlow Secure retains sole discretion regarding verification status decisions, subject to applicable law and appeal processes.
